RAY CEMETERY, COLEMAN COUNTY, TEXAS

This cemetery has been referred to as the Ray Family Cemetery and also the Old Silver Valley Cemetery.  It was located on the old Jake Ray place, near the Old Silver Valley community, in a pasture west of the dirt road that runs through that community.  It is about two miles southwest of Silver Valley, but is inaccessible to normal traffic.

It is well fenced, but is unkept and overgrown.  The east side (which is the location of most of the graves) is very overgrown with heavy brush and large trees.
