J. W. (Pat) Patterson of the Two-O-Five Corporation, which recently purchased Lake Coleman property from Mr. and Mrs. Zeno Hemphill, visited Coleman last week to get acquainted with local people and start making plans for development of the property.  Although plans are still not complete, Mr. Patterson advised the newspaper editor that he believed the development would be beneficial to the lake and to the community.  He does plan to improve the road in the subdivision, do some clearing and cleaning and mark the lots that will be offered.  Also, he explained that he has option for additional acreage in the subdivision area if it is needed.  Mr. Patterson stated that he will soon erect an office building at the lake.
