Summary:  Only seven houses were valued $2,000 or more.  Ten Houses were valued between $1,000 and $1,800.  Fourteen houses were valued between $500 and $900.   Forty-nine houses were valued between $200 and $450.  Nineteen houses were valued between $100 and $150.  Forty-one houses were valued between $50 and $75.  Ten houses were valued less than $50.  It will be noted below that a few paid more monthly rent for their dwelling than the value given to some owned houses.
