SAN SABA, April 14, 1952

Funeral services were held in the Church of Christ here Friday for
Mrs. Margaret Fry Clark, 85-year-old native of Burnet County who died in the San Saba Memorial Hospital Thursday. She was the
widow of J. E. Clark, to whom she was married in Burnet County in
1885. The couple came to San Saba County in 1902 and had lived here since.

Burial was in the city cemetery. Ministers were C. W. Hoover, Burnet; J. D. Pinkerton, local pastor, and J. A. Fry of Goldthwaite, former pastor.

Survivors include the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Mary
Gray, Mrs. Willie Carroll, Mrs. J. S. Ballew, Mrs. E. L. Walton, H. V. (Dick) Clark, all of San Saba; Hugh Clark of Austin; Tom
Clark of San Angelo, and 17 grandchildren and 20 great-children.
