In 1904, the house on the south part of this lot, was the same as shown in 1909 and 1916, except smaller.  The street addresses were not as later used, so I assume it to be 308 West Pecan Street.

In 1916, there was a house on the south part of this lot, being called 308 West Pecan Street.  By 1930, the 308 West Pecan Street house had been torn down and replaced by this house on the north part of the lot, called 316 West Pecan Street.

In the 1929 Hudspeth Coleman City Directory, 308 West Pecan Street is not shown as an address.
